You took and processed my entire purchase of $497.00 and never alerted me that you didn't have nor do you know when you will have it. I had to call your store in Canton, MI to speak to a salesman to give me that information. I want you to unprocess my payment immediately. I don't want to purchase merchandise from your company. You have unethical business practices.
