Ordered an engraved 50th anniversary clock for my husband. It doesnt work. Tried 3 different batteries. Im not paying to send it back cause what would you do with a clock for Linda and Wil Dudley, Feb. 13, 1971? I dont think you could resell it. Very disappointed as it was the only present I gave my husband for our anniversary. Well hang it anyway with the hands pointing to 5 oclock and have a toast to your *** company! Mom always said You get what you pay for! Im hoping the one I ordered for our sons 25th anniversary works. Very, very disappointed. Your company and customer service suck! Waiting, not waiting to hear from you. User's recommendation: Do your homework before ordering from this company. Very cheap product. Virtually no customer service. Clock looks nice but doesn’t work. I should have ordered a plaque instead!
