The app will only allow you to view the cameras for 5 minutes before it shuts itself down. I have been relentless in my efforts to rectify this by sending dozens of emails, dozens of phone calls with support (which is useless!) and even went as far as tracking down the directors on Linked-in and messaging them there-all to no avail. Whom in their right mind would purchase security cameras that you can only view for 5 minutes?!? Sandesh and Tony Lin are the two I have been dealing with and I never get anywhere. I have 6 cameras and I want to tear them down and smash them in the street! User's recommendation: Do not buy!
