5 flight tickets to and from johannesburg to cape town

I paid R10 000 for 5 people to fly from Johannesburg to Cape Town and back and due to the strict regulations of Covid 19 I had to cancel the booking. When I contacted them today they told me they could not refund me at all due to the fact that the airlines only paid them back a small amount for cancellation. WTF?? I will not leave it here!! I will expose them of fraud.
