It took 2go five days, after three follow-ups on different dates, wherein they assured me that the document will be delivered within the day, to deliver my documents. This is despite the fact that I informed them from the first follow up of the urgency of the delivery. Moreover, their field personnel does not even bother to contact the recipient whether they are already in the area. The redelivery mess have been avoided had they just contacted me in the first place. Instead, they just left without even attempting to have the document received.
