Order no CUR210564**** I am trying to get a washer drier delivered and this is the 4th attempt. The first 3 attempts have failed due to the lorry not being able to reach the narrow road that I live on. This is despite the fact that I have requested a van rather than a lorry. The 4th delivery attempt is now scheduled for 23th July with no guarantee that this time it will succeed or even that a van will be used instead of a lorry. Under the circumstances, I think it would be appropriate to send a van tomorrow AM due to the inconvenience this is causing. I am sure you will agree. Kind Regards John Starkie User's recommendation: My order was actually delivered at the 4th attempt but they still sent the goods in a lorry but the driver and his mate got as far as they could and then transported the goods the rest of the way using a trolley.
