customer for over 30 years!! last week no delivery of paper . I filed complaint and talked to a polite person whose sympathetic response was read from a card. I intentionally renew my subscription with a generous gratuity each time for the delivery person. Today Sunday- March 14,2021 - NO paper delivery!!!
