ADP actively avoids employees of companies/clients with no direct support to resolve issues/concerns with payroll, and 401k. All phone numbers disconnect you, and provide no options for employee support. ADP shorted my 401k transfer with no explanation of why, or excuse to justify it. User's recommendation: Manage your own money, take pay in check form, and don’t take 401k invest your own money for retirement.
