Requested a withdrawal from my 401K on April13, 2021. Paid for express delivery. Called after not receiving my check and was told that the total amount taken from my account had been withheld for Federal taxes. I was told that 20% would be withheld for taxes and the remaining proceeds would be mailed to me. My request was for $5, 000.00 after taxes. I even paid for express delivery to my home. Upon follow up, I was told that it would take two to three weeks to receive my money. Attitude is, we made the mistake and there is nothing you can do about it. Buyer beware! They feel they are too big to be concerned about customer service!
