40% bad leads and they dont even care

Here are the percent of bad leads over the past several months (disconnected numbers, wrong numbers, or someone who only did it because they were incentivized by a walmart gift card or something similar) January- 17.49 February- 20.42 March- 33 April- 40.74 I am now officially done with this company. Over 40% of their leads were bad leads in April!! Thats totally insane!!! You can see, it has really only been getting worse and worse this year. When i call for help, my rep is NEVER available and NEVER returns my calls. It is to the point where i have to use their support ticket system to get her to respond ( i think because she looks bad if tickets stay open longer than 48 hrs) At the beginning of the year, my rep asked me to make a disposition report, so i spent a few hours putting together an excel file... then she never reviewed it!!! They really have a "take it or leave it" approach. Horrible customer service and anyone who speaks highly of them is not paying attention to any metrics
