I became very dissatisfied of their care and they would not allow me to stay with my Precious dogs. They have charged CCard Many TIMES without asking if OK! I got on phone to cancel my acct. They kept charging for a care clubFEE? User's recommendation: BEWARE FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR PET & $.
