4 months of hassle without a solution

I ordered a sleeper sofa over 4 months ago (ordered November 2016) and still do not have a functioning sofa. When it was initially delivered in late January (3 weeks late due to 'weather') and I met the delivery truck for their white glove delivery the guys advised me that the sofa should not be removed from the truck because they saw a lot of damage to the container. So it went back somewhere for inspection. A week later I was told the sofa was inspected, deemed in perfect shape and could be redelivered. Another week or two went by and the sofa was delivered and installed in our room. The installer noted that the sofa had severe damage: the metal frame of the folding bed had been crushed, one of the legs of the sofa was missing and another was bent. How a sofa in this condition was inspected and deemed in perfect condition i do not know. A repairman was scheduled (my third or fourth time of leaving work to meet someone at my home), but when he arrived all he did was confirm what was damaged. No repairs were made. It is now April and nothing has changed. I have called and written to Savvy dozens of times and taken time off work. Lots of promises, all of them broken. And Savvy has shown a complete lack of concern over the time I have spent and lost dealing with this debacle. I do not recommend Savvy
