The worse part was they were clueless, even when they gave us another room it was a joke & they didn't get it. Part of the problem was the language barrier. The couch was broke in the middle, the bathroom was filthy, there was no water in the toilet, the floor and the bathroom were dirty, the bathtub was from the 1930's grey dingy & dirty, even the shower curtain was dirty. OMG where is the Health Department. Hotel Somalia! We were also informed at check in that the continental breakfast was coffee and donuts.
