Called to set therm rate last year and was given 12 month 39 per therm rate. I rarely use my heat even in the coldest of winters and rate was hiked up to 1.19 per therm. Customer service said I was suppose to call back after 2 months to change rate again. Why would you need to call back after 2 months when its a 12 month contract. They also tried to charge me a 75 connection fee after my husband died and I was changing gas into my name after I have lived in same house for over 25 years. That took about 10 phone calls to get that sorted out. Worst customer service of all the gas companies to choose from. Lost my business!
