I have tried several times to get La Z Boy to take responsibility for their poor quality leather, but they say it is my fault, for not taking care of the sofa. They say I have to clean the leather with soap and water DAILY. They are crazy! Nobody does this! I spent $3000 for this sofa and feel totally ripped off. La Z Boy takes absolutely no responsibility. User's recommendation: La Z Boy furniture is garbage. It will only last a couple of years, tops. Do not buy La Z Boy furniture.
