$300 worth of boots I can’t return.

I ordered two pairs of boots in mid November for Christmas. These were for my daughters who I was spending Christmas with. I ordered this early because first, things always get sold out early over the holidays, and second - we were leaving near the beginning of December for Prague to spend the holidays with family who live there. Neither pair of boots fit. We didn't get back to the states until the 2nd week of January - I had all of the original packaging at home. I guess it got back mid January. Another issue is the return postage. Footsmart requires you to pay the postage when you mail back. that usually is half of the value of what I'm sending. Other online stores will pay the return shipping and then deduct it from your refund. These stores get a discount on shipping i'm sure so that makes it more affordable. I think this store just hasn't kept up with the online shopping thing -
