My church purchased an LED display from these people. The display didn't even last three years. They even place another display when the first was hopelessly not fixable and that display didn't last three years. Being a church we didn't want to sue so opted for arbitration through BBB before realizing that they are not a consumer protection agency but a business protection agency. They protect the businesses that pay their dues. Needless to say though the church did everything it was supposed to do the BBB ruled in favor of their customer. The owner lied about the installation of the display because it turns out it was illegal for them to install it. The installer, who works for them, was at the arbitration but wouldn't speak. Even the repair people from a different sign company stated that the sign was useless and the components were junk. BUYER BEWARE
