I called customer service on 04/22/19 to notify them I've purchased 3 Swiffer Vacuums in 17 months ($49.99 plus $3.00 sales tax). They were nice at first and offered a $52.99 debit card to be sent out immediately. On 05/06/19, I called to report I haven't received the debit card yet. They said it was out of their hands and it was sent by their bank (they wouldn't say who or how to contact). They said I am out of luck and there's nothing they could/would do. I am very disappointed, for they misled me and they made promises they didn't keep.
