I was at Popeye's chicken on SE 122nd/Division in Portland Or. It was around 7.30 on 08/29, I ordered a 3 piece combo and when I got home and opened it I got three wings, biscuit, potatoes and drink. For the amount I paid I believe I should have received something better then 3 wings. Two of the wings were so hard (skin) I could have broken my tooth and needless to say thrown away. I am sorry to say I will not visit this location again last time I was there I requested mild and was given spicy. I should have returned but its about 4 miles from my house each way. One last thing the young man in the drive thru needs a class in customer service twice he said to me WHAT HUH...not a way to speak to someone one. I get it when on a mic but isn't there a better way to say I didn't understand you or excuse me?
