I had a slightly cracked screen the repair guy came over after 3 hours he replaced screen now it won’t turn on. 24 hours later no news concerning my Phone and I call them and am told to call tech what a joke. A broken screen that was free to replace threw my provider had turned into 2 days with out a phone . Now he texts me asking to pick up phone and try fix it again after I was told 2hours ago one would be shipped yesterday again what a joke this is the most *** I ever had to deal with 30 min appt window turns to 3 hours and a broken phone that worked when he arrived
