3 Escalations and No Help or Response to Urgent problem

My name is Kyle Krajewski. I applied to Access Health CT for health insurance coverage on March 26, 2019. I lost my coverage on 2/1/19 following my 26th birthday. My application ID# is: 680****. At the time I applied, I was allowed to request a start date for my insurance and I entered 4/1/19. Access Health sent the file over to Connecticare with a start date of 3/1/19. My Connecticare member policy # is: 970********. Connecticare continues to bill me for coverage starting March 1st. I called to explain the start date was supposed to be April 1st and they told me to contact Access Health to get it resolved & that Access Health needs to send them an updated electronic file with the correct start date! They keep threatening to terminate my insurance because I am a month behind on payments due to the incorrect start date. I called Access Health and escalated this problem 3 times! First on April 19, then April 30, then May 15th. No one has ever returned my call or helped me. This is ridiculous! If I applied on March 26th why would I have to pay for a month of coverage I did not have. I have never had more trouble and wasted more time on the phone than trying to resolve this issue. PLEASE HELP!!!!
