2nd Day of not receiving payouts after account updated

I am missing payouts 2 days in a row even after successfully updating my bank account information. You guys made a mistake and truncated my bank account number (which I would never do that, especially since you have to enter it twice to verify). I was able to chat with someone yesterday and had an option to call. Now neither one of those options are available! My only option is email which is a 1 day response. When I did get someone to email back from yesterdays payout issue she told me something completely opposite from what the chat rep told me about my payouts. I need my money! User's recommendation: Find other merchant options.
