2nd bar pan cracked in 2

My first bar pan cracked in 2. I used it properly. Hand washed always. Got another one even though I wasn't thrilled with customer service attitude when I called about the first one. Last night the 2nd one cracked in 2 after baking cookies and doing nothing that would have caused it to crack. DONE with PamperedChef. Now poopy chef in my book.
