So I purchased my Greyhound bus ticket to Bally's Casino in Atlantic City on October 1, 2019 which gave me a $25.00 play bonus. I sat in the back of the bus. The young lady comes on saying some stuff which was hard to hear from the back leads of off the bus to a kiosk - she takes my Total Rewards card and says the $25.00 is on there but it won't upload for approximately 30 minutes. I wasn't planning on going to the casino for the next 2 days so when I go 2 days later on October 3, 2019 to retrieve my $25.00 I'm told by the Total Rewards agent it expired and nothing they can do. Why would they give you up to 5AM to accept not everyone runs to the casino as soon as they arrive. Why not make the bonus expire within 72 hrs or something like that. Not everyone is rich and most like me depend on the $25.00 that's why we go via Greyhound. SHAME on Total Rewards for NOT being able to reimburse a person at least as a one-time courtesy and just brushing the person off like "oh well". Very disappointed even with theTotal Rewards phone operator I called to from the number on the back of my card who was too very rude.
