I sent an email, which I got an auto-reply to, stating it would be addressed in 2 or 3 business days. I opted to call instead, but the recorded message states there is 24x7 customer service and live operators. It suggests I email. However I need an immediate response. That is why I prefer calling yet speaking to a live operator is NOT an option (?) Please allow me to speak to someone within minutes. I want to use my (prepaid) American Express Bluebird card. Note: it has 15 digits, not the usual 16 digits. I have no other card to use at this time. Thank you. [protected] Amelia Flanagan
