Palm Beach Tan follows FDA's "RECOMMENDED" 24 hour tanning guidelines. I was 10 minutes before the 24 hour time frame and I was refused tanning! 10 minutes, really??? How is 10 minutes affecting the process. They were so anxious to change another customer, instead of explaining their position and rules. That's what happens when associates are not trained properly!
