On 23rd September my son requested 2100 xbox microsoft points from MMOGA internet site, 25 digit redemption code was sent to him, however when inputting code into Xbox account it was stating 'code had already been redeemed'. After taking about 8 hours on the day to discuss with MMOGA over their support line we were no further forward. MMOGA were saying that Xbox support had to send them date stamp, MMOGA were requesting a screen shot from Xbox live who advised ''Microsoft would never share a screen shot of our internal systems and agents have no way of copying or pasting information.''. Xbox confirmed that redemption code had been used on the 23rd September but not by my sons gamer tag, it had been used by someone else. Having spoken to MMOGA on this they would still not accept to either refund £18.99 which had quickly been taken out of account, or to provide us with another redemption code. After about 4-5 days of going back to them I was going round in circles and wasnt getting any further forward, as soon as I stated that I would be taking this through a complaints system then either the emails, or person typing on their on-line support would either suddenly not understand me or they would say that I was upsettting them, even to the point where they were saying I had made them cry, I by no means was impolite or rude to MMOGA, I just wanted them to realise that I was a respectable individual within society and I would not try for 4-5 days to get 18.99 back if I was not genuine. I have kept all the email threads and also have copied/pasted on-line chat discussions into an email so I have also got those. At one point they even asked for my sons gamer-tag and password, which is totally against data protection act, and I am sure iro FSA there is also a breach, are you able to help at all please, Kind regards Jo Rodgers
