I hit a deer June 4, 2019. Collision place had the car fixed in 2+ weeks. Car was taken to Macguire Subaru, ithaca NY to get eye sight working. This place has had my car since June 19th. I had to turn in my rent a car in July 3. Insurance money for the rental ran out. Insurance agent asked for a loaner for me from Subaru but I was never given one. It is now July12. I am still paying on my lease but have no car to drive. I have had to rely on my friends to take me to my doctor and PT appontments. I am very disappointed and upset with the Subaru Corporation. The consumer isn't their first priority. This consumer is sufferng while the service deparment is trying to figure out what is wrong with and fix my Legacy Sincerely, CA Guckert
