On the very first trip with this camper. Got to the site unhooked from truck completely then tried to work the slide and nothing happened. Called the helpline number and they told me to disconnect the house battery for 5 minutes to denergize the system, it worked. But we have to do this everytime. Took it in for service and they tell me it is the battery that is the problem. The battery is at 13 amps and should be sufficient to do the job. Also hooked it to a new battery that had a full charge and still had same issue now the dealer says it is the battery. I keep telling them it is the board that is malfunctioning and needs to be replaced! On top of that the dealer has had the camper for two and a half months. And the first and a half weeks it sat outside and was not looked at.
