We bought a used 2014 Thor Palazzo, manufactured in 5/13. It has a very large slideout. All has been just fine until on this trip, and the back end of the slideout started making very loud noise, stopping, and then moving again - again with a very loud noise. We had a Certified Repair Man come by this morning, and said that the slide track was missing teeth, metal shavings on the floor. Apparently this heavy slide was installed with just one slide on top and one on the bottom. We know that the 2015 Palazzo's were upgraded to double tracks on the top to carry that weight. Were there any recalls that would have addressed this problem? Thanks for getting back to us asap. This is going to be an expensive repair for just having it for one year... Sandi and Darrell Frank
