10/04/20 came in for oil change and tpms (put new sensor on tire); I asked for diagnostic test; they said they only need to do vehicle inspection for 24.99 since check engine light not on. Big O said I needed coolant flush, shocks, and struts. I paid $1743. 10/07/20...
