I sent my 2011 volkswagen cc in for a noise to volkswagen-b113932">Checkered Flag Volkswagen and reading up on the noise its a timing chain tensioner they told me there is nothing wrong with it which I now it is the problem because I sent it to another Shoppe and they told me that the tensioner is the problem and volkwagen sed no it's not. If they did their research they will find out that is a very common problem with these cars and it's not like I was asking them to do it for free under the recall I have extended warranty on the car
