Good day, my name is Stephen Aluko, On 7 September 2018 I ordered parts from Peugeot branch Newton park at Port Elizabeth, sale man was Jacques van Royen It was 4 items but unfortunately one of the part he ordered was wrong due to his incompetent. He collected the part back, and told me to give my Banking details for refund which I did. To my surprise he didn't refund me till now and I tried to call the office several times but no result. Pls. help because I don't want to be violent with him # Jacques doesn't have a good customer relations .
