I've been decorating Christmas trees for 20+ years as a designer. I thought i'd give Balsam Hill a try. I HAVE NEVER dealt with a more frustrating/inept customer service than B Hill. I Called, emailed, tweeted, screamed at over 15+ representatives regarding defective tree with no solution. If this is how they treat their "trade" customers, imagine how they treat their day to day customers! I am the consumer who is likely to purchase 3-5+ new trees, wreaths, garland, ribbon etc... a year, you'd think they'd like to keep us designers happy as we are a tight network and share our experiences about BAD companies. DON'T BUY FROM HERE! Look to buy from companies who sell brands such as: Vickerman, Raz Imports or Regency International. I will be sticking with them!!!
