I've been having issues trying to redeem the 20.00 bonus certificates. Always happens at the Old Bridge restaurant. The third and last time was today October 26th. I went to the restaurant for lunch and was told that the transaction amount was exceeded. The bartender told me that it might have happened because he entered my phone number for the rewards. I asked him to take the number out but he said the system would not allow him to do that. Although Covid has stopped us from going out during the summer but now we go out quite often and until recently have enjoyed going to this Outback. I will change and start going to Middletown but it is further away and the drive times will get old.
