2 Recliner chair

I purchased 2 recliners in March 2021 and 1 of them came with the wrong power bar therefore, the chair cannot be used as a recliner. I have emailed, called and left several message with no response. When I call your H/O I am put on hold indefinitely. When I finally got through to the main switchboard I asked for a manager and was hung on, when I called back the line was busy.
