2 pm appointment… started work at 4pm!!!

I arrived 20 min early for a 2pm scheduled appointment. At 4pm they informed me I was now 3rd in line... Never told me anything until I asked. Then said it wasn't their fault. They got bussy with lots of people coming in.... REALLY.
