2 months+ with broken washer under warranty

Called for service on my washer due to error code. Provide warranty service person with code. Told part would be ordered and service person would be out in 2weeks. Service person came without parts, no parts were ever ordered. Service man ordered parts. One part was delivered for service date 10/8 (tomorrow). Called to get estimated arrival time of service man to be told a part is still missing and I need to talk to a manager. Waited on service line 1hr 43 minutes. Person answering the transfer only speaks Spanish. I ask for someone who speaks English and am transferred to Toni. Toni says you need to speak to a manger and transfers me again, to a disconnected line. No resolution and no idea if or when this will ever be fixed. It has been 2 months already. User's recommendation: Go somewhere else, don’t waste your time or money!
