2 missing parcels
Hello i am having problems contacting YODEL I received this email from you after a web chat i had regarding 2 missing parcels, i'm sure you have records of this. Good morning Sheila, I trust that this email finds you well. Thank you for your patience during the investigation. I understand that you have raised a query regarding the parcel that was delivered by Yodel.. Based on the investigation, we can confirm that there were 2 parcels for this address which were left at the back porch of the property and the driver delivered here several times to this address. We would request you to please check the parcel at the surrounding areas of the property. However, if you are unable to locate the parcel, I would request you to contact your sender for further assistance. I am the recipient of the parcel sent with tracking number: JJD000224****451905 and JD000224****041510, my address is 8 hallfield grove tunstall /s-o-t Staffordshire st65ng GB. I do not intend to open a claim with you as I am totally aware that only sender can do so. However, being the recipient of the item, even after tracking confirms delivery I haven’t got the item. Please carry out an investigation as I need to know the whereabouts of the item. Please confirm via email, if the item has been mistakenly delivered to a different address or was left in an unsecured location. Also, please confirm if the item was addressed to a different address than mine. Thank you S Slater
