I ordered some food from a brunch place. It ended up taking 2 hrs. When I called to ask about the reason, the person who helped me said sometimes it just takes that long. I explained I didnt think paying $30 for a cold meal that takes 2 hrs to get to me was fair. Her solution was $6 coupon which really pissed me off. I will not be using EatStreet again. User's recommendation: Demand they uphold their end of the bargain.
