As I write this, theater MOD managed to call same number & has been on hold over 20 min. Can anybody say Caller ID? How else did she get put Thru to "hold system"? - Oh! Theater was on hold *TwentySix Minutes* till a rep came on the line. All I am getting is a massive run around. Put on hold; briefly. Because I am unable to access my Promo Code numbers, they cannot resolve this problem. Note: Vons/Safeway stores had a deal for the Monopoly game. I "won" the maximum Fifteen Promo Code discounts for $5 off. I only used about 4 Promo Discounts. AMC contracts with Fandango. Total of THREE companies pretending to "value customers". If this is not resolved, maybe this is ***FRAUD***. Promise made to customers and not honored. It is July 5 in Southern California.
