2 black hoverboards – both froze up in less than 24 hours

I ordered two hover boards on 12/12/16 for Christmas order #12390 I did not receive them until after Christmas 12/27/16 One hover board lasted for (4) hours before it froze up The second hover board lasted until the next day before it froze up I called the following Monday 1-2 / i was told i would be emailed a return label I never received an email - I called back and was assured i would receive an email the next day - i never received an email They advertise 100% guarantee and a 30 day return policy that I initiated a couple days after I received them I still have the 2 junk hover boards that I do not want (See photo - they're ready to send back) - I never received the return labels. I need the return labels and I WANT MY MONEY BACK
