$19.95 charge

This company charge you 19.95 for a disconnect letter that they send out to you after one day of being late. The rates are good but maybe that's why they do what they do to make up for the lost. I have been with them several months now and just notice this charge on my bill. I have previous asked why there is no grace period and my answer was that is our policy. My bill should be 20 lesser but because I don't use that much energy they charge me an extra 20 for a letter. I have never heard of any charging for a letter, a late fee yes. oh and I was charged a late fee as well of 8.00.
