In September we ordered the men's leather backpack. After several weeks, we received a canvas messenger bag. Since then I have sent 4 emails to hear from someone to send the correct bag plus return paperwork for the canvas bag. No one answered any of the emails. I continued to receive ads for sales so you definitely have my email. I want the men's leather backback in dark brown. If I don't hear from you in the coming week I am going contact my master card company and reverse the charge. I have been very patient in trying to contact you.
