16′ sliding glass door wall

I had an andersen 18' door wall installed in september 2020 to replace another one that was 20+ years old. When it rains, the trough inside the fixed panels fill up with water. I have had a builder and two installers look at the doorwall and they have not found a solution. I am extremely disappointed in the andersen product for which I paid over $6000. Please help/
