First I want to say that I will do business with HSN again. Until now, I have not had a problem with their products, returns or customer service. My complaint is that the Wolfgang Puck Stainless Steel pans stick. My reason for buying the set was because I was tired of the same old, stick to the bottom pots. I didn't want a non stick set again, because that coating eventually comes off in the food. Anyway, the 10" and the 8" omelet pans stick, terribly. Yes, I do use oil, but they stick nonetheless. I should have known better when looking at the promotional video, because not once did it show how easy it was to remove food from the pan. Today, I will use the 11" Deep Sauteuse, a roasting pan. Hopefully, my experience will be better, because I will be cooking my dish in the oven. I don't think I will order any more Wolfgang Puck items.
