We have their road side assistance for our RV. We called for assistance and they left us on the road side for 14 hours and still did not help us. We finally had a nice state trooper give us a recommendation and that company came out and assisted us. You can never speak to the same agent twice and have to go through the same story over and over again. Some of the agents were very rude, one hung up on me. They kept asking me if I knew of anyone in the area that could help me. I was in Pennsylvania and I live in Ontario, Canada. Is it not their job to know these things. I have submitted the bill for the road side service however I feel like it is going to be a fight to get reimbursed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
