Good morning this is the 2nd 12x12 canopy I ordered. It tends to separate at the hook and loop hold downs. I bought it April 2018 and realize it’s out of warranty. Noticed it at the end of last season should have called then. I ordered another because the frame is in perfect condition. 136$ When I came out this morning big rip in the top that started from the hold down. I also have an erupting going on 5 years still good. This should not have happened. Last try for shelterlogic. Should not have happened in 5 months. Vic
