My mom bought this oven about 5 years ago. I was not able to use until yesterday. Took it out of the box and plugged it in. Much to my shock it does not work! Number on back of instructions is the wrong number. Have searched the internet for a number to call no luck. My mom has since passed away so cannot ask where she bought it. Have to guess Fingerhut since everybody else says they bought their products there. It is very heavy so I do not want to pay to ship it back plus I cannot prove she bought it there. So I guess I am stuck.
