After approximately one year of use, the skillet lost it's no-stick qualities. My real issue is, NO ONE AT TELEBRANDS CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE!! 30 minute wait periods?? Seems their business plan is to oversell quality, then hide from customers whom have a write to return!! P.S. Telebrandscustomerservice.com just gives you another number that will not get answered.
